They were on time. They provided options and noted repairs at reasonable cost. Kept contact with me at all times to let me know any concerns. Super easy to work with. They blocked off the rest of the house to keep dust out and cleaned up after. No damage to walls or trim. I have already recommended them to friends who are considering have their floors re-finished.

Harry and his guys did a fabulous job installation hardwood for our floors. He always stayed in contact, was always on time, and the work is very very beautiful. My wife has a craftsman's eye and she was very impressed. I'll plan to recommend Harry and his business (Affordable Hardwood Floors) to my family and friends.

Harry and crew were absolutely wonderful to work with and i cannot recommend them enough. We are in the process of doing a full remodel and they were clean, courteous and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and that the floors exceeded our expectations. They had to intricately weave in hardwood to our existing hardwood floors as we took out carpet in two different areas. It matches perfectly and looks amazing. And for the color choice of stains, they worked with us to get exactly the right warm tone that I wanted. I wish all remodeling professionals were like Harry and his team! Harry, Hin and the rest of the crew refinished our existing floors and added new areas to match. This required weaving in new wood with old. The floors are gorgeous! They were very affordable and such a pleasure to work with. And they finished ahead of schedule!

They were quick to return my initial call, quick to come and make an estimate, quick to follow up and check in with me to see if I had any questions. They were able to schedule the work to begin the following Monday. The work was done a day sooner than originally expected. The quality is excellent. My hardwood floors are over 100 years old, oak, and had NEVER been refinished. They came in and tapped down all the nails, sanded, filled everything with putty, two coats of varnish and a top coat with a satin swedish finish. Powerful smell, we had to leave windows open and leave home for the afternoon/evening when it was fresh. The work was clean, they taped off built in bookcases so we didn't have to empty them, no sawdust in the rest of the house. After sanding they found I had some water stains in areas that would be "highlighted" with a natural/clear finish (as I originally requested), and that it would end up lighter than the wood baseboards and trim in the room. They suggested a stain to match and cover the water stains, even with the extra charge for staining, I couldn't be happier with the results. My floors are absolutely stunning. (PS, English is a second language for this team, their accents may be thick, but they understand *everything* you say, and will slow down and repeat themselves for you if you don't understand the first time. Be kind, these guys are top notch!)

I got this new home with floor being a mess. Previous owners were keeping pets and plants on the floor so there were quite some spots with deep deep stain. Harry and his men did a very good job to refinish the floor (and replace several broken spots which I can't tell how many for every piece of the floor looks new) to a brand new state. I'm very satisfied with the end result. Besides, I was in the house during the job, the work was not as dusty as I thought, but very loud. Probably because the powerful vacuum attached to the sander.

We are quite happy with the work done by the Affordable Floors group. Our floors were refinished and new floors installed as well. They successfully removed our old kitchen tile and now everything is just sparkling. They were also very helpful in moving over 30 years of stuff in and out of a storage container. We would definitely recommend them.
