Horrible. Do not use them. Needed a WIFI thermostat installed that requires a c-wire. Frank said I needed a transformer and claimed both heat and air conditioner were working. The heat worked well but the air conditioner did not I called Frank to come back and he said he was out of the country?? I asked if he could send or recommend someone and said he would. Never received a call or an invoice from him. I called his office and never received a call back from Angela. He charged me $300 and it cost me another $300 from a reputable installer who hooked up the C-Wire and said the transformer was not needed. Working perfect now. Do not use them.

They have still not given me an itemized bill. They charged me $890.00 to remove an old sink and vanity. And install a new sink and vanity I had on hand. Plus they installed New parts for the inside of the toilet. And they purchased a new faucet at Home Depot but have never given me receipt for all the work so I could have it for a reference. I have them cash which I regret.. A few people told me they charged way too much. Next time I am going to get at least 2 estimates. But the work they did was good.

I found it strange that I did not get an invoice? he said he would email it. Nothing since Saturday. $3200 for an installation of a hot water heater was way too high. But I had no choice. No hot water for days!!! I had a strange feeling about him. No receipt and no invoice?why?
