I met the owner and two of his guys and they all were friendly and competent. They repaired my aged pool heater. A small job for them but they did me a solid!

I thought my pump was dead. Robert came over and checked it out and all I needed was a prime on the pump. Hope to fix holds for the season. I have dealt with Robert for at least five years. He has helped me with my Solar equipment and he’s always been fair and honest. If in fact, the pump is on its last leg, I will definitely let him replace it.

I see that this company has gotten great ratings, because of this we hired them. But for us they were extremely unprofessional ! We are senior citizens just looking for them to solve some pool issues. This company stood us up about 7 times in three weeks when they promised to come out. They promised and promised that the owners to come out and finally remedy the situation and they never called or showed up. I?m sorry but we gave them so many chances and they failed miserably. If they didn?t want to do the job they could have just told us and we would have hired another company. Instead they strung us along for three weeks doing absolutely nothing! All the days we wasted waiting around for them we didn?t appreciate either. It was like we meant nothing to them. I can go on further with the incompetence of these people but won?t because we just don?t want any more stress in our lives. Our final message to them was ?Don?t bother promising to come out?, we are just done!

Best customer service we have received in 20 years! Punctual, professional, fair, and even replaced heater after installation due to manufacturer defect. Came out very next day with brand new replacement! Seems to be working great and generous warranty is included.
