Axel owner of AGRS came by and offered to do the fence. He said he would send a detail proposal and contract but asked for a 50% deposit. I sent it expecting him to send the contract. He never did. The day of the job, a worker showed up, moved two planters, and dug a half foot worth of dirt in about 15 minutes to find pipes which then require a different type of work. Axel said it would cost more to do a metal plate. I said fine. He then left and never came back. When I called him, he said he returned all the materials and would charge me $300 from the $400 deposit for his time. I was surprised. I told him that I was not in agreement and that I would pay him $100. He hung up and never talked to me again. I had to ask Home Advisor to get involved. They did an amazing job. I finally settled for paying him $125. He returned the difference. However, it took a lot of time, I never got any work so I paid $125 to learn the lesson not to hire contractors that do not do due diligence, that do not provide you with a contract and that would take money and disappear. I don't recommend this person or company at all.

Axel is a hardworking contractor, he shows detail in his work. Form painting to drywall repairs you name he can do it. Give him a chance you will be happy you did

Agr's Home Improvements was very responsive and fair with their quote to repair a section of our siding. When we made the decision to move forward, the work was scheduled and completed very quickly. The repair was blended well into the surrounding area. We are very happy with the work they completed.

Axl was great! We hired him to replace cabinet doors that another guy said couldn’t be done, and Axl did it! We even added a few other projects on and he took them on and got it all done. Great company!
