I was assigned Air Cooling Mechanical by my warranty company due to a cracked drain pipe. Mike came down and said he will not work on such a small thing, he needs to do maintenance too. I foolishly agreed, and he did the **maintenance** first. He charged me $275 maintenance per unit for 3 units. As far as I can see, all he did was spray all three outside units with a garden hose, he did not even check the inside part. Then he fixed the leaking pipe, however he did not actually fix it. He taped it with Electrical Tape. Total bill was $1196 for him taping up the pipe and spraying with the hose (perhaps, 20 minutes altogether). Of course, when I went to check later, the pipe was still leaking though his electrical tape. There is no way I am calling him back to re-tape it! Chalk this one to a learning experience! Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away.

Estimate tells price $95, but after arrival and doing some work, price goes to $575 without prior approval.

They’re extremely expensive and practically begged and convinced me to have them take the job. Although I had reservations I agreed. They’re related in-laws, both named Mike. They were very kind and personable and the son-in-Law knew his craft well...the father-in-Law not so much, he just held the flashlight for him. My dislike was the price...$605.00 for a tune up and then I had to pay $100 for a thermostat that he installed after telling me mine was inoperable...one I had purchased less than a week ago. I believe they inflated the price and was untruthful about my new thermostat not working. The older Mike also stated the service cost was $100 and would be deducted from the labor price. So, you’re telling me the price for a tune up is over $700?!! They were here for less than an hour. Even doctors don’t make that kind of money.

Late, argumentative, never even opened my unit, dirty. A/C kept shutting off. Circuit breaker was tripping. Didn't check breaker. Never even opened A/C. He sat and watched it for 10 minutes to see if the unit went off. It didn't...figures, because it usually did in 10-15 minutes. He said call an electrician. Wife had quoted me $65 for service call. He said $75 and then asked if I was a senior. I said yes. He argued and said $75. I made him call his wife. He charged me $65 and left. What a ripoff! Don't use him!
