Although it was not an emergency, I was pleasantly surprised that they had a tech available the same afternoon I called. He was very nice. Seemed thorough. What I don't like is when a company gives u a total and when u receive the receipt it is one amount. Most repair places itemize or breakdown your bill for you (parts, labor, etc). I like to know what i am paying for. Apparently it was not a major part and seemed to take less than 30 minutes to replace.

They were very professional and friendly throughout the project. Always called ahead to make sure of my availability before coming out. The Central Air System was totally replaced in a timely manner.
