My air conditioner stopped putting out cold air in the midst of a heat wave in the Ojai Valley. The soonest a local firm could come out was "maybe" two days. I got on Home Advisor and got three responses within minutes. I chose Air Tight due to great reviews. I called Carlos. He was polite and professional. As luck would have it, Carlos had a Tech (Mario) working on another job in Ojai. He arranged for Mario to do a quick evaluation and gave me a two hour window. Mario showed up on time, Very friendly and professional. He checked my system and found a loose connection on the condensing unit. Bingo! Problem solved. He suggested a thorough cleaning of the condensing unit at a very reasonable price. I was expecting a large parts and labor bill. Thanks to Mario and Airtight I got great service and a "COOL" ending.

Carlos was very friendly, punctual, and responsive. The employees that did the installation were very neat and friendly. I was regularly updated, and overall very pleased with the work that was done .
