Chris was very informative and explained all of my choices to me and helped me pick the best unit for what I needed. They were out quickly to install and everything went flawlessly. Would highly recommend.

A total lack of care or customer service! The technicians did not arrive on time for appt. I understand being a little late because of a previous appt running over. My 2 o clock appt did not show until 4:45. I called the office at 3 and was told yep you are on the books we will call before we come. No one did. However, I was happy to see the technician arrive after 5. The first visit cost $600+ To repair my AC. Less than 24 hours, it was out again. Called the office and was told they could not get anyone out until the following day. Again that appt was 3 hours late. The technician said the AC was frozen there was nothing he could do until it thawed and that would take hours. He was there 15 mins and left. Being a 90 degree day It took less than 45 mins to thaw. No return and no call from the company. I called again and was told I was on the books for following day. Appt time came and went. Once again, I was told they we are coming just held up on a previous job. I asked for the manager. I had paid for an AC repair that was not repaired. At this point it should be a priority instead of being rescheduled for the following day again and again and not showing up on time nor calling. The manager arranged for a different technician to come out. The original diagnosis and repair was in correct. I needed to replace the unit or the coil depending on the warranty. The manager would call with prices. Approx 7 hours later the manager called. The part is warranted he will credit a part of the original bill and there would be a balance due. He would order the part if not in stock. No return call after this. I called again. Was the part in stock? No. Had to order will be in in 2-3 days for the part to arrive. On day 11 an appt was made for the 2nd appt of the day. One customer in front of me. Again no one showed and no one called. I called at 3PM to be told the technician is hung up on the previous job and someone would call. The technician finally arrived at 4:45 and the AC repaired. Not one time in this 11 day saga did anyone from the company call me. No one updated me on the status of my repair nor offer any apologies for the mis- diagnosis, time frame, late appts. All while retaining my original payment for a repair that was not repaired. Needless to say I will never use this company again!

Great service. Installed replacement Heat Pump system in one day. Sales Manager very informative. Install team did a great job. Install Technician very informative on explaining new thermostat. All in all a great experience.

Very prompt, went right to work. Very impressed wore shoe covers to protect my hardwood floors. Did a great job, will certainly use them again if I find I have a need.
