Excellent experience. The service man came, inspected my furnace but determined that since it was an oil furnace, I would be better suited to call a different company. No charge.

Very pleasant and easy to work with, even though they was unable to fix my A/C right then and their because of a burnt out board, they left and came back within the hour and had me up and running again. That was great, it was so hot

The project from estimation to completion went very smoothly. Chris Tucker provided an estimate that fit the best for our requirements and our budget. He listened well and offered valuable feedback to our needs. Air Treatment worked with us in the scheduling of the heat pump replacements and were very flexible due to travel we had planned. They installed both units and had to come back after our trip to finalize the set-up. The professionals that did the install and set-up were on-time and efficient. We haven't moved into the heat of the summer yet to see the benefits of this work in it's fullest but based on what was done so far I hope to realize the cost and comfort value that was discussed. They even went above the call to remove an old unit that was left by a previous company after their installation.

They called me and said they could come out within the hour due to a cancellation BUT from past experience, I asked them to call me when the repairman was ENROUTE so that I wouldn't be stuck waiting all day for him to show up. Good thing I did because about 2 hrs went by before I got a call to tell me he was on his way. SO I waited 15min. before going to my house ( a 10 min. trip) and then STILL waited 50 mins for the serviceman to arrrive. At that point I expressed the need for FIXING my furnace but also that I was wanting my coolant checked as well for the upcoming AC season. Well, he fixed my furnace OK which took a 20 dollar part that I was charged 110 dollars for not counting labor, it took all of 20 mins. and then he shoved the invoice at me appearing to be more interested in getting to lunch than in looking at my coolant. Frankly at this stage of the ordeal, I was so fed up with HVAC contractors, I was glad to sign the bill and be done with it. Bottom line, They came, they fixed, they left.
