Technician Dylan is highly skilled and thinks outside the box. I had a unique AC issue and he and the trainee immediately went into problem solving mode. Words can not explain how much I appreciate the service they provided and how they provided it. Look forward to six month check. Will request this duo.

Our A/C failed in the 100-degree heat and Air Serv was able to get a service professional to our home the very next day. Charles was on time, courteous, thorough, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to have our A/C Unit running within an hour. We expected to purchase a whole new unit, but Charles diagnosed a failed electrical component that was by-passable until the replacement part arrived. He also recommended a preventive maintenance plan that we will use. Incredible value for a vital service during the summer months.

No stars!!! In 2019 I discovered that my AC unit needed to be replaced. I had called air serve to come out to see if I had a leak or if it was something more. They did a comprehensive examination of my system and told me that I needed to replace it in full. I had been without air conditioning since summer began. I had just started a brand new job after being without work for a good while. Both my mother and I have pets. To say the least, we were all miserable!! When the prices were related to me I advised them I just did not have the money to pay to replace my system. A representative by the name of Corey Robbins made an offer to me that I could ride a post-dated check to help me out. I teared up at this kind of offer! I told him I had no idea when I would be able to have enough money to back the check and he said no problem. My system was replaced and we finally had a cool home. We were ecstatic to be out of suffering! Unfortunately, my check was immediately submitted and I paid an additional thousand something dollars in NSF fees because I did not have funds in the bank. In total, I paid over $4,400 for this entire situation. No apologies were made and denied any such arrangement. Corey should have never put himself out on a limb and give me an offer that his company was not going to back up! They had to come out several times to do follow-ups as things would not work here and there. Each time they came they usually attempted to try to bill me for the time and service. I would adamantly decline because it was still under warranty. On December 15, 2022, I called because when I turned my heating system on it made a loud racket. I hoped to use the visit to count against the last inspection I will still do per the contract period ending. The Killeen location called me back immediately and told me they would be out the next day. Not only did they not show up but they did not call and when I called them they would not pick up the phone. I would not recommend this company to my enemies. Beware and stay clear of Aire Serv!!!!!
