Alamo City Chem-Dry

Bert with Alamo City Chem Dry was great and our floors show a night and day difference since the cleaning! He was very affordable and most of all honest about the deficiencies and some of the flooring that would possibly be exposed after thorough cleaning (crumbling grout in some areas from old repairs). I will definitely use him for our next cleaning!

On time and on budget

I had no more than hit send than Bert was calling me! He was able to answer my questions on the phone then made the appointment to come and collect my rugs. The rugs were covered with pet urine but he was able to clean them and get the smell out ( they were given to me and I wanted to salvage them). Bert was professional and accommodating, even to the point of taking one rug back with him until I could get the other one up onto my attic! He will bring it back to me at my convenience. I highly recommend Bert to anyone looking for a carpet or rug cleaner.

I have antique wicker furniture, a loveseat and 6 tables and chairs, all very dirty from sitting inside a screened porch for the last 3 years. Burt was here from 9 AM to 1:30 PM cleaning them by hand, all very labor-intensive. He did an excellent job and his price was very reasonable. I'm so glad I found him, and I would use him again.

I don't think I have ever had a more thorough cleaning of our carpets and area rugs. Their price is steeper than steam cleaning but our 20 year old carpets look amazing! We were thinking it was time to replace them but after Moses from Chem dry was finished they look good for another 20!! My only suggestion is to wait for one of the coupon mailings and use their 5 areas for $129. Even with their online 30% off we paid quite a bit more. But again, Moses did a fabulous and thorough job. And he was really nice too!!

On time and perfect price. The job will be done next week.

On time, professional but not "stuffy", thoughtful, great job!!! I've always preferred the Chem-Dry process & not soaking the carpets & the pad. Cleans very, very well & we have a fair amount of traffic in the house. Now that we're living in SA, it's so good to have located this professional Chem-Dry business & will continue with them.
