I called at 530 pm on Thursday after July 4th holiday and asked if he could come the next morning as I was having a party wyhwg weekend. He came the next morning right on time and was very reasonable priced . Would definitely recommend and use again .

Mark answered every time I called, was able to come out on short notice. Performed a no cost water test and estimate. He installed a water rite sanitizer and UV light, took away old unit, replumbed the new unit and cleaned up, all for a $900 less than a competitor. I would highly recommend!

Mark was extremely knowledgeable, likeable, and came to the 1st meeting with everything needed to start should I choose him. Installation went great and the system is performing as advertised. No more sulfur smell. Yea!!!

I contacted Mark Moore about a water treatment system installation. He showed up promptly, presented a decent estimate, and I hired him on the spot. The work was scheduled, and the installation was completed within the estimate and time frame promised. Mark took the extra effort to visit after the install to verify that everything was functioning properly. I would highly recommend Mark, and his company Albemarle Water Systems.

I have had no problems or issues with Mark, he's not just a good business man but a good person. He really cares about what he's doing and wants to make sure you get exactly what you want. He really listens well, has great product knowledge, and knows what he's doing. He also has great follow up, and great customer service. He really goes above and beyond for you.
