I had an emergency with water spraying out all over the floor. He came within 10 min. and fixed the problem. He explained all that was wrong and the fix that would be required. Luckily for me, he had the part on his truck and fixed it right away. I also explained other plumbing problems that I was having, and he sent his helper Tim to completely fix everything, since he had another complicated job that he could not leave. I would highly recommend him and will hire him for my next job.

An unexpected surprise blockage of our kitchen sink drain could not be solved with my reasonable plumbing skills and a 25-foot snake. Through Home Advisor, I found Alex Datko to be available the same day. He and his helper Tim arrived ahead of schedule and solved our problem quickly with a motorized snake and excellent detective work to be sure that any potential associated problems from the house to the street were avoided, all with keeping a clean work area, having a friendly attitude, and most importantly, having a very reasonable price. My problem was solved and I remain impressed!

Very prompt to respond to calls. Excellent. Tim and Alex worked on a Saturday evening to finish our project in our short time frame. We were pleased with the work.

Alex was clean courtesy and professional. He installed a plug to my old steel pipes that had sprung a leak. I had the water turned back on in an hour. A month later there’s been no further issue.
