Mike and his crew were absolutely wonderful! We met Mike and knew instantly he would be great to work with, and we were right! From start to finish, he treated us with professionalism, respect and always kept us informed about the job progress and asked for our input on any aspects of the job. His team tiled our bathroom floor, shower and garden tub and the results are truly beautiful. We especially loved having Randy and Damien work their expertise on our job, they are total pros. We would use Mike and his team again in a heartbeat!! And would recommend to anyone looking for quality, professional tiling.

Owner was very nice and polite. I told him I thought his quote was too expensive but i would agree to the price if he would agree to do some additional work. He agreed and work began. Original estimate was two weeks, actually took almost four weeks. The worker assigned to do the work was a willing worker but was obviously not familiar with all the work to be performed. Even on the tile work he did not measure correctly and as a result the work looks more amateurish than professional. Everything works well but it is just not the professionalism we were expecting. Cleanup at the end of the day was almost non existent. Owner did reduce his price after seeing the quality of the job but the finished product is still less than perfect.

In response to Mike G., I personally am disappointed and do not agree with this review. Reasons: Pertaining to the miss measurement (shower curb), I recognized and offered to fix the issue (rebuilding the curb), which was declined. I then asked if he would like to receive a substantial discount (which he approved). I spoke and asked with detail if he felt good and satisfied with this transaction. He said yes. I also asked if he was completely satisfied with the work that was performed. Answer- yes. As far as clean up-- We pride ourselves on our clean up. Job area was cleaned daily and all trash was placed in a designated garbage area.

Mike gave us a fair estimate for laying tile on our new screen-in porch. Mike and Sammy showed up on time and did a very professional job. They were polite and friendly and there was no cleanup after they were finished. We are absolutely delighted with our newly tiled screen-in porch.
