How We Got Started

I chose to work in this industry because Some things that set me above the rest are that I move furniture for free, and clear as much of the area as possible, at no extra charge. I use seven different spotters during the cleaning to get out those specialty stains at no extra charge. I do not charge extra fees for rugs, wool or stains of any kind. In fact there are no hidden charges at all. I know its snowing outside today but you can appointment for anytime you need. I'm very flexible in my appointment setting and, I am always on time or I will phone ahead . I use corner guards to protect your home every time I'm there. Feel free to read my reviews to see what others are saying and please leave a review after your cleaning. I have the best overall prices and always above and beyond provide the best value and experience. lousy work. unable to cancel future work billed three weeks later after no work was scheduled.

Sam seemed like a really nice kid. Had to chase this guy down, though, for the original appointment. Something about having his car towed and his phone was in the car. Was SO late we had to reschedule at which time I asked him to confirm the day before and call if he was going to be late. He called after 10pm the night before and the next day called that he was going to be late after he was already 40 min late. He seemed to be knowledgeable and spent almost 3 hours. Asked my permission to do some extra things and gave me the cost. I accepted. When he left he said he did not think anybody had ever cleaned my carpets as well as he. After they dried (he said 4-6 hours which is standard but some seemed dry right away!?) I saw a lot of missed spots. I went ahead with a damp rag and rubbed them out. So they were not stains... just missed spots! My housekeeper came 2 days later and as she was vacuuming she was astonished at how many spots were still in the carpet. She also took a wet cloth to rub them out and showed me how much DIRT came onto the cloth from the surrounding carpet. She said the carpet did not have that soft feel it does after cleaning and when she put her nose into it to check, said it did not even smell like it had been cleaned! So, in the end, not only do I feel he DID NOT clean my carpets better than anyone before, I think he may be 2nd to the worst! As he left I asked what if I see any missed spots after the carpet was dry because he did not give me an invoice. (Seemed sketchy to me.) He said to call him and he would come back when he was in the area again. Given how flaky he was to get here in the first place, I would not call him back. I will just plan to have someone more reputable re-clean my carpets again sooner than I normally would.
