Many mold remediation companies play on fear and charge ridiculously high prices for unnecessary work and make unsubstantiated claims (one company told me that dry fogging wound penetrate drywall, which is not trueâ do a little research!). Dan from All Dry accurately assessed the situation and recommended appropriate remediation steps. The companyâ s quote was one of the lowest of four that I obtained. The only company that quoted only slightly lower missed spotting a problem area and was unable to do the work as quickly as we needed. I highly recommend All Dry of Northern Virginia.
