A follow up to my review. Bob Reeves has refused to answer Angi's several calls. He is not making amends for the terrible job performed. He will be shut down from this site in 24 hours if he doesn't answer today's contact. The contractor that came out to TRY and fix his work even stated that the top layer of some of my porcelain tiles has been taken off by using the wrong products. They worked many hours to try and buff, etc. I am looking for a refund from Mr. Reeves for his inferior job.

Hired for grout cleaning and sealing and tile repair. The tiles are smeared; one tile repaired is not even. The tiles look much worse than they were. The sealer is streaked and very apparent on some of the tiles. They came back and admitted they did not know what else to do to remove the sealer that is on the tiles themselves. Instead of one day to do the job it required additional day to make a mess and not accomplish anything. Big inconvenience with no result. Now my grout is not even sealed cause they basically removed it. What did I pay almost $500 for?

The worst experience of my life. The man didn?t know what he was doing!! He mixed toxic chemicals and cause major breathing problems for me and even him. It got so bad he left and left his equipment and said he would return today! I want his equipment out of my home and I never want this man in my home working. I was forced to leave my home after a few hours and had to spend a night with a friend?I may have to see a doctor today if my breathing and coughing don?t improve?

Bob, the owner, and Bruce, worked with me to 'save' my floors/home. During his evaluating my floors, we worked out a cleaning solution, and a way to DYE some of the grout areas to match the original grout and floor installation. They also washed and cleaned my tile. My floors look brand new. I rate them as a 10.0. My home is back and beautiful for me to start fresh. Now for furniture. And a few throw rugs.No carpeting to cover these floors.
