Im contacting bbb..tried to charge me for work that he didnt do..inflated prices 3 day job took 3 weeks in my opinion he tried to extort me knowing my closing date he threatened to call off inspection and put lien on my house when I questioned his billing

He accomplished what we hired him to do which was to locate the problem. Went above and beyond in an attempt to locate the issue. Results were a broken wire. Very pleased with his detailed explanation. No further action is required. If we should add additional wiring or other electrical work we would hire this man again.

Kenny made everything very easy. He cordinated tenants and contractors with smooth transitions between each.

Very dishonest in the discription of his skills, in that he would make sure the floor was exactly as we wanted it. After discussions about the issues that were found he was unwilling to make the changes that were requested and became defensive. Because he was cutting the tile in the house after being asked not to I felt it created an unsafe environment for my children. He took no precautions to contain the dust and debris. We had other professionals come in and they have stated that do to the poor workmanship the floors will have to completely be redone.
