Of course it was a Sunday morning when it happened. My husband heard a noise and he opened the cabinet under the sink and was blasted by hot water coming from a pipe which had broken. I called Charter and they said to turn off the water at the meter and that they were on the way. Jimmy (son) has been out to our home twice and fixed what was needed quickly and efficiently. Jimmy is as nice as they come. Thank you Charter!

I rated customer service low because I spoke to Jimmy the day before he went to my house & advised him I wanted him to come out and take a look at the problem but not do anything until he has confirmed with me it was ok to do so. (I said this more than once). The day he was at my house he was not able to get in contact with me verbally (because I was in meetings all day). He texted me & I texted back, again telling him not to do anything yet. He went ahead & made a small repair & then decided to bill me for something I never gave permission for him to do!
