    Eighteen months ago they put in a full new system (gas furnace, air handler, AC) a total cost of over $11,000. Now, I am selling my house, and the buyer inspectors found the wrong gauge electrical wire was run from the electric panel to the AC unit. It could be a fire hazard and needs to be corrected. Today they came to my house to check the work and agreed it is the wrong gauge wiring that was used and left saying they would come back tomorrow and replace it. Two hours later they called me and said they reviewed the paperwork and said since they reused the wire from the previous unit even though they should not have it there, It will be close to a $500 charge to run the correct wire. So just to know that is their a version of standing behind their work.

I assure you we absolutely stand behind all of our work and provide a warranty of up to 10 years on all materials and workmanship provided and installed by All Seasons. However, this warranty does not extend to other areas of your home, even if connected to the system we installed. We provided a free estimate to replace the electrical wire or you may use to opt to use the electrician you said was already correcting the other electrical defects in your home.     Fast, courteous, professional service. The tech called before showing up, and he even arrived a few minutes early. They follow a system of standardized prices for services. It seemed a bit expensive - the technician was at my house a total of less than 45 minutes to charge the refrigerant in my split AC unit, and the total bill was around $500. That seems a bit high. But the technician also tightened all fittings and checked for any other issues. The AC works great now, so I can't complain. Overall, great experience.

    A.C. was not properly installed. Simple mistakes caused AC to stop running within the first hour of operation. Seems to be no pride in workmanship. It was a very sloppy installation. Being promised to correct and am being told I must wait a month for them to correct their mistakes. They say all the right things. The jury is still out if they really deliver. I have been given an appointment on August 13th to correct their mistakes. Even at 64 years old I should have installed it myself or just left my window units in place. I was asked by one of the installers an odd question, *Why did you pick All Seasons?* At this point, I have no idea because I did not get what I paid for.

    We had Annual Maintenance Contract for Business. In May 2020 the technician visited our business to do a annual maintenance on A/C unit. In June 2020, we started having issues with A/C. We decided to have second opinion and hired another Contractor. We were surprise to find out that the unit on the roof was not cleaned and was full of debris as a result we have having issues. One time this was a great company with great people. As they grew bigger their services has deteriorated over period of time.
