Project: Repair a Pre-Fabricated Fireplace Unit (Gas)
Charged $125.00 to tell me the damper needed to be reset. Took the guy approximately 5 mins. No parts, no explanation of how a damper would be in need of being reset. Figure the service should have been $50-$75 max but maybe that is too small a project for them? In addition took them 3 days to return an inquiry call and 10 days to schedule the service call.

All seasons did inspection and cleaning of two interior fireplaces. They were on time, professional and cleaned up after themselves.
