Excellent work. Was on-time, friendly, found the problem quickly and did not try to up-sell any unneeded services. Would definitely hire again.

Our air conditioner quit working for our home on Friday, so we found All-Temp through Angie's List and left a message. Ron called back 15min later (at 7pm!) to set up an appointment. Ken came out to fix it on Monday after the weekend. The damage was $70 per pound of R-22 refrigerant ($140), $60 to stop the leak, $60 for a new capacitor and a $69 service charge, for a total of $329. He said it was a band-aid fix, as he couldn't verify that the leak had been fixed for sure and going through the process to precisely find and fix a leak would be a lot more expensive. Instead, he used a Seal to the Max sealant injector from Xantus. We're glad to have working AC again but wished we had searched around for a competing quote before accepting the service.

The problem with my a/c unit was a failed capacitor. It appeared to me that the condenser fan motor was also failing. A dishonest repairman might have taken advantage of the situation and insisted that a new fan motor was essential. I have dealt with morally bankrupt repairmen in the past (Cool Heat of Oklahoma comes quickly to mind). That was not the case this time. Ron, with All-Temp, replaced the capacitor and stated that in case the fan motor did fail in the future he would replace it without the additional charge of a second service call.

They were very helpful, answering all of our questions, showing up on time, for both the quote and the work. They did the job the same week we hired them in one day, replacing both the furnace and AC. They cleaned up everything when they were done. Made sure the system worked before they left, and gave us all the pertinent paperwork, for rebate etc. They left us a card so we could call if we had any problems. This company will definitely be the one we call for any problem, very professional.
