We hired them to remodel 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, outside stairs, finish siding, pour an engineered slab with metal mesh, build an HVAC/Generator platform, and more. Our slab was poured with no metal mesh, although we paid for it. The GC told us he knows for a fact it was put in. We have video proof it was not. The guest bathroom was supposed to made handicapped accessible, as per our engineered plans, it was not. Shower glass is wrong, wall not built. Was told it was our fault. HVAC/Generator platform built in the wrong area, causing a multitude of problems moving forward. Interior doors were specified to be solid 2 panel, we got a few six panel solid, and the rest six panel hollow. The GC/salesman told us he didnt know how they got in the house. We had to hire an attorney to keep them off of our property. We are still in the midst of turmoil as they want us to stop talking about it and not post the truth about them. Never have I met such calculated and malicious liars. We have hired other sub contractors to finish work only when we have the funds, since we paid the remainder to them 10/5/23.
