I apologize for the late review. These guys installed a large Swamp Cooler for me into a damaged outside window of a rental home in 2018. I live out of state so I had to talk with them and try to deal with the renters as well to explain what needed to be done. They did a great job, replaced rotten wood around the frame so window would be solid and could handle the cooler mounting, didn't do stuff that was not needed that I had hired them to do, and took care of Items around that window that I was not aware of to make sure Cooler would be safe and solidly mounted. They revised their bid to reflect that. I requested pictures of their work. They sent me pics before, during and after. Great guys! thank you, would hire back for other jobs as well!!

Started off great. Ryan seemed knowledgeable and attentive. Came out, diagnosed the problem, and did the repair for over 1K. However, since then we have had continuous problems. Reached out for support, and have not received one phone call or email. Had to have a different fireplace guy come out to fix the work again. Seems like he took my money and ran.
Response from Company:
Do you hold yourself accountable to your personal work attendance while you are on Vacation? If you check the email sent to you on Friday, 5/31 at 3:02pm MST (while I was out of town for the birth of my niece - let me know if you need proof) you will see that I advised you that I have been on vacation and I will be on vacation through June 17th of this month. Terri our office manager also called you on 5/22. #1 - I researched and replaced ALL THE PARTS on your very old fireplace that had become a fire hazard to your home and a safety issue to you and your family. Your bill was EXTREMELY high because your old fireplace required parts that are no longer in production. I have NEVER taken money and ran.

Rebeka, the chemney tech, was excellent. Introduced herself and gave me her card. I showed her the fireplace to review. She was thorough about her explanation of what the procedure would be to clean and inspect chemney and remove ashes from fireplace pit. I was assured no dust would get in my house. I enjoyed her friendliness and desire to please. I highly recommended this local company.

I would strongly stay away from this company. My wife and I hired them to install a brand new Lopi Revere wood burning stove along with a Duravent chimney liner kit. Ryan was the person who came out to give the estimate and we felt very comfortable using them, initially. They installed the liner without a problem (we think) and also did the chimney crown, which looks like a high school apprentice did a trial and error on. The real issue is how they hooked up the stainless steel chimney liner to the back of our stove. This was after inspection when they tried installing it the first time (had to call them back out). They simply set the collar of the liner inside the back of the stove and 'sealed' it with a bunch of high temp sealant which was done extremely sloppy. After our first burn the sealant cracked and the liner/collar was just literally resting on the top of the stove. They came back out and 're-set' the collar and installed it the same exact way. I even offered to buy a new collar but figured I'd say them the expense and allowed them to re-use the existing one after they hacked it up quite a bit. It's in the back of the stove so I didn't mind, and was being nice. We burned like this about a dozen times since they installed it and it's been about 6 months. Now that it's getting colder we decided to remove the metal surround to inspect the stove before using it again now that winter is here. Again, the sealant was all cracked and the boogered up collar was just resting there. This is when I finally decided to call them once again to fix this for once and for all. After them taking days to respond I finally was forwarded to Rebeka where she contacted me via text, which I hate. As someone trying to run a business over an important matter, a phone call is much preferred. I then asked if she could call and was told she would handle this situation personally. I finally felt like this issue was going to be resolved. She told me that she had ordered the 'right part' which I didn't really question much. All I had asked was that they install the collar in a better fashion than resting it in place and sealing with a sealant. She insisted that she had the part on order and would follow up when it was in (few days). I followed up in a few days to get the status and she then went on to tell me that the reason it was installed the way it was, was because I didn't provide the right parts!!!! I immediately went to Spa Brokers to pull our invoice and make sure we had everything we needed for a proper install. We showed the staff pictures of how it was installed and they said it was INDEED done incorrectly. Number one, they said you DO NOT need any kind of sealant when connecting the collar (which was the correct one we purchased) to the back of the stove. Number two, they said we didn't have the necessary 'L' brackets installed to the collar/stove like there should be. This was installer error. I let Rebeka know that I was at Spa Brokers and spea
Response from Company:
The technician that did your install BACK IN FEBRUARY of 2018 is no longer with us. He stated "I used everything Spa Brokers gave me" and also stated that when he went to Spa Brokers about the provided equipment, they instructed him on the installation, "use more sealant". Your installation was simple. We do complete installations of wood stoves, inserts, gas fireplaces, etc on a regular basis. With that being said, ALL SEASONS FIREPLACE IS NOT A 24 hour, 7 day a week service company. You continually harassed Rebeka, a female employee on a weekend when she was with her kids, she asked you to stop, you continued, and she blocked your number, and we have the text messages to prove it. Its quite easy to see from ALL of our reviews (even the ones that aren't 4-5 stars) that we take care of our customers, but we will not tolerate harassment or abuse from anyone especially Men harassing our female employees.
