I have been without heat for over a week. I was afraid my Christmas would be ruined. Oscar came to my house and within 10-15 minutes he figured out my problem and resolved it. Oscar was right on time and started asking questions as soon as he came in the door. After I finished explaining the problem I'd been experiencing (no cool air for 2 weeks!), he immediately isolated the problem and went to the compressor. What I liked best was how Oscar explained what he was doing as he was working. Usually technicians explain nothing and hand you a huge bill when it's over! But not only did Oscar explain what he was doing, he made suggestions on how to maintain my unit and how to set my thermostat to lower my electric bill! He checked out everything to make sure the whole system is working in the most efficient manner for my air conditioner. Everything was up to specs as it should have been. AOHC was timely, thorough, and eminently professional. After diagnosing the problem with the AC system, the AOHC technician made all necessary repairs and then identified an electrical problem that required an electrician. He returned when the electrician completed his work to quality check his AC system repairs.

Came promptly and fixed the problem

The technician was professional, explained the work that needed to be done, why and what my options. He was patient and very kind. He checked to make sure my air conditioning was working before he left. Please do not publish my name and location.

Response time to my request was very quick. Technician arrived promptly. In fact, came a half- hour earlier. Was able to diagnosed the problem very quickly. Removed and replaced the defected part (done in less than an hour). He showed me how the old part had deteriorated and explained the cause. He went over and beyond, explaining why my townhouse is so hot upstairs, examined the vents and ducts, and told me what to do to increase the air flow. As a result, the upstairs is 50% much cooler. I greatly appreciate the time he took to address this issue. I highly recommend him and will use him again.
