My washing machine was not draining. The service person replaced the drain pump. The problem, however, was not solved. I could have bought a new washing machine.

Ice maker did not dispense ice. Technician cleared an ice block in freezer but dispenser still doesn?t work. Numerous calls to Alpine and tech to request return visit to address problem were answered with ?will research and get back to you?. They have never gotten back to me.

Based on overwhelming wonderful reviews I called and Jason (I believe that was his name) was out to the house to attempt a repair on a Miele dishwasher. He was here for over 2 hours and "diagnosed" that I needed a new water pump or something. He said he would call later that day with pricing. I paid him just under $100 for the service call. Despite FIVE phone calls over 5 days and other attempts he has never returned my call. My dishwasher is totally inoperable and I am out the "service call" which was worthless. BE CAREFUL!!!!!

I found Justin and Alpine Appliance Repair thru HomeAdvisor. I sit at a desk working on a computer all day, so it's easiest for me to send out emails asking for appointment times and to set up work to be done on my house and car. Many times I do not even get a reply or acknowledgement of the message sent. Imagine my surprise/delight when I was contacted by Justin by email and phone within 24 hours of my initial request. Justin was professional and showed up as promised and did the work promised. VERY pleased with the service we received, THANK YOU!!

Justin came to my house to repair my refrigerator. He was friendly and prompt but told me that he had only had about one year of repair experience. He spent several hours at my home trying to fix my fridge while consulting on the phone with his boss. I paid him $379.62 right away but found out later that evening that the repair was unsuccessful. (I still had a broken appliance.) He came back the next day and was unable to fix the problem and told me I should go out and buy a new fridge. I asked for a partial refund since nothing had been fixed. He agreed to send me a partial credit but despite asking twice I've never received a credit or a call back. (I give him credit for trying but just under $400 to tell me I should 'just buy a new fridge' seemed a bit steep.)

They were on time and found the problem. Decided not to fix due to the age of the dishwasher.

Very, very slow to respond and would not return my calls after we paid for a trip fee. Told me a particular part needed to be replaced but I later learned the part in question was fine and did not need to be replaced.
