My heating furnace stopped working. I called this company because of the good reviews from this website. I was told they might come at night or early next morning, however, they did not show up. I called them again and I was told they were too busy to come. Finally, they showed up 1pm on the next day, It took them 30min to find the problem and changed a broken furnace ignitor. Over the phone, I was told the service charge is $85. In the end, I wall billed total $260 + tax, including $127 for the labor and $133 for the ignitor. Excuse me, you changed me a $20-$30 of ignitor for $133?

first of all I told the customer we were backed up if this homeowner is so smart and knows exactly how much the parts cost he should have fixed himself why bother three other outfits to come out and fix his problem if he knows exactly how much everything cost and how much time it is to repair the problem
