No attention to detail. Would never hire again.

I've never had a cleaning service before so, I don't have anything to compare to. The owner came and did a good walk through our house to quote a price, which I thought was very reasonable. I was thinking that I would have someone every 2 weeks but she was very honest and said that since our home was very clean to begin with, she thought that once a month cleaning would most likely be enough. We had our first cleaning this week. My husband stayed home to be here for the first time and was very impressed. She came in and got started right away and stayed for a little over 3 hours. My floors and shower are very clean and shiny. The only thing that I can say is that we were told that she would vacuum our stairs and that did not happen. There were a few other minor things but overall, I am very happy with the cleaning. We now feel comfortable enough to leave a key next month and am sure that our home will remain clean and pretty.

I just had our first cleaning 2 weeks ago and am scheduled again this Wednesday. Very happy so far.

I had an issue with this service due to the fact the owner would not contact me if my regular cleaning person was not available for my specific day. She would just send "strangers" to my home which did not sit will with me. I felt I should have be give the opportunity to decide who came to my home. Needless to say, I had to make other arrangements with another company.

The quality of the work was excellent and done at the time promised. Christina was very helpful and thorough in suggesting what services I needed. The cost was reasonable. I would definitely recommend Always Cleaning Service.

i interviewed 5 different services, theirs was the cheapest bid, i had specific things that i wanted done and when i came home, she had gone above and beyone what i had asked to be done and didnt charge me anymore. she did way more cleaning than i had asked for things, that i never think of to clean, she cleaned without even asking, when i asked her why she did more than what i had paid for she just said "habit", i am a bit ocd and very picky on my cleaning, they passed my ocd test. I am one happy camper, i have finally found a cleaning service that is above and beyond my expectations. am using everyother week now.

Did a good job, fast and complete. The cleaning was for normal home cleaning - nothing out of the ordinary. Have only used once so will have a better idea with future visits. I plan on continuing bi-weekly cleanings.
