Very fast response time from the time I called to the time they arrived to do the work.

I had basement flooding due to a broken sump pump. I hired them after not hearing back from other companies who had promised to send someone. American Fire and water personnel came right on time (I called them very late in the evening), explained what they were going to do patiently, worked late into the night to remove the water, and I think did a great job overall. The only thing I could not compare was the cost - their charge was pretty much my insurance limit. Maybe that is usual, I don't know. But cost aside, they did a good job - would recommend this company.

Representative was very honest with the quote and suggestions on how to fix the problems quickly. He was on time and respectful of the property.

Excellent team - Kurt and Mark were very helpful at each step of the way. They delivered as promised, talked with the adjuster to handle the claims and most importantly, they didn't seem like all they wanted to do was get paid. After everything was done, the house looks like a whole new place.

Representative from American Fire & Water Restoration came to my home at the predetermined time, took a close look at the problem, made recommendations and will be called back next week once problems are uncovered for a better diagnosis.
