We hired Ethon to do some bathroom remodeling and other various projects around the house. He and his crew did an excellent job. They were polite and professional. His prices were very fair and he stuck to his original estimate. I would definitely hire him again.

Cabinets were not closing correctly,. Able to repair and now good as new. Also had him look at a plumbing problem which he was able to address. Fast service, through review of issues and concerns able to complete work timely. Thanks.

Contractor claims to be a plumber and electrician. He did very little to improve the opening of the doors. We did not free the screen doors, which I was able to do myself by cleaning and lubricating the tracks. I need to clean and lubricate the door seals with Teflon spray. The door works okay now, but not much thanks to him. I would not recommend him. He talks a good game, but doesn't perform well on sliding glass doors.

Update - these people have passed. though I have tried to speak to them years ago and now seven years later, then tried to speak to them about the confusing nature of this 1.5-star rating, wishes to not remove this customer rating claiming that "they cant after one year". I tried to understand the homeowner, ''art" 7 years ago confusing me for a plumber or an electrician he hired but he did not understand the call. obviously, he is not available for comment now. also, home adviser still thinks it is relevant that it maintain unreasonable info for over seven years as a service to all that wish to know that American home maintenance service and repairs cannot keep its perfect 5-star record across the social platform spectrum due only to this confused old man that had a beef with his plumber or electrician.

Please note that the lowered score was on the Price or Value for money, how ever it was paid with out hesitation. This rating was put in as an Anonymous home owner out of a village that I was in only three times that date. I know who this rating belongs to and what they have not told the public is that after I ordered there new parts I offered and will be returning to thier house to not only install the new parts but to install a door lock for free prior to ever hearing about this less than perfect score. Some people no matter how much you do for them will always have a complaint and find fault with something. Even free work.

Ethon was proactive, friendly and very knowledgable. By accident he diagnosed and helped to solve a bigger issue. He cleaned a chandelier in the entryway and then water began to drip in from the cap, which was a blessing in disguise because it helped him to diagnose an ice dam issue and help drain off what was melting.
