Adam was great, but the owner seemed annoyed with me for calling. Adam came out and replaced a capacitor on Sunday night, which was great. However, the next day the AC went out again and the owner said he did not have any availability to come out today. After paying $200 and the issue resurfacing within 48 hours, I was hoping for better customer service.
Response by American Home Services: Hello Courtney! When your AC stopped working again, it was 6:45 pm, I told you that the schedule for the same evening is full, but I can send the same tech first appointment morning after. When you call a company in the busy season and they offering you service in less than 12 hours, this is defiantly reasonable time range.

Excellent! We had a need for a new AC unit and they gave us a fair quote, installation was quick and smooth and very attentive and responsive to all our queries. I would highly recommend!

Do not use this company. They never resolved the issue, they need to come back and pick up their motor since i had to hire someone else.
Response by American Home Services: One day after we changed the fan motor, the costumer called me and say that its seems like there is another problem with the AC. I told the costumer that we going to come to take a look and fix it if needed (with no additional charge) on Sunday, and costumer agreed. on Saturday, the costumer decided she can't wait another day and she called someone else. after that, she just called the office to let us know that she stopped the payment. after we install a new fan motor, and after spending 5 hours of labor, she decide to dispute her payment completely. We take responsibility on any project that we do. We always provide the costumer a solution. In this case, the costumer didn't gave us the opportunity to come again and repair the problem, she just called someone else a day before we arrived. We have a very experience and professional team that put the costumer satisfaction above everything. If the costumer would wait another day for the appointment she made and let us fix it, she would probably had 0 complains.
