Pam is always there for all my questions and is very responsive with anything I need. Pam is very knowledgeable and dependable. She explains things fully and has a very warm personality. She will listen to what you are looking to do and helps with giving advice where needed. I found it pleasant and easy to work with her and I would recommend her services. She is extremely detail oriented and thorough in explaining the steps for restoration and why things need to happen the way she recommends.
