Write a ReviewThis entire expericence was exceptional. As a single woman, relocating to another state alone, Amercia's Movers Inc. made this an easy transition. Lael & Jose make an awesome team. They had A LOT more work to do, upon arrival, as I was unable to do many things by myself. They never batted an eye and got straight to work. Lael did an excellent job explaining the entire process (including changes) and this made me very confident and comfortable with this company's ability. This 00ultimately tunred into a full-service move and I am extremely please with the service I received. I give them a 10/10 and highly recommend!
Excellent service, Absolutely fantastic! Lael & Jose were super friendly and very professional. What a great team. I filed a lawsuit against Americas Movers for damaging 60% of household and office furniture, value over $15,000. Filed complaint with the Department of Transportation, who oversees movers. There are other complaints against America s Movers. Also, Americas Moves Better Business report in Florida has several complaints. I will be filing with the Attorney General Office of Consumer Protection.
I called 3-4 companies for a quote. Americas movers werenâ t the cheapest but the sales rep Byron was super professional. He explained everything up front. He did a room by room inventory. He provided packing material for my mattresses, TVâ s, mirrors and fragile glass statues I have. They picked up my stuff and delivered it directly to Atlanta. Other companies told me 3-10 days with delivery. The movers Lael, Andrew and Diego were so professional and careful. Highly recommended company. Thank you again.
The installation of one bed very bad assemble I could have done a better job.
The movers took about 10 boxes off the truck on their overnight stay before delivery. All my medicine was in one of those boxes. I hope they like the dog beds and blankets that was in another box. I could go on. Beware count every thing down to your garden tools.

The details that you outlined in your review do not reflect our company expectations and standards. But I would like to do after reviewing your file is correct a couple of the statements you stated about our company and your move. We have been in complete communication with you since 11/06/19 when you first contacted our company regarding a box missing. We emailed you on 11/07/19 that we spoke with the driver and he informed us after searching the truck there was no box left on the truck. At the origin you signed a "waiver form" which is an agreement between you and America's Movers Inc. stating that America's Movers Inc. advised you on certain items that need additional protection such as breakables, electronics, or items that have not been packed properly. You have been given the option to have them professionally packed and have decided to go against their advice. The form also states America's Movers Inc. is not liable for damages in transit to the following items: Plywood/Particle Board, Musical Instruments, Electronics, Boxes packed by shipper, Glass packed by shipper, Marble/Stone packed by shipper, Candles, Food, Money, Jewelry, Animals, Weapons/Guns, Alcohol/Wine, Drugs/Medicine/Dentures/Tobacco, Deceased Remains. You signed & initialed the form at the pickup. We can provide a copy of this form if you need. At the destination you signed a form stating you personally inspected the truck and there was none of your belongings left to unload inside the truck. It also, states you walked through your new home at the destination and you had inspected that all your belongings had been reassembled and placed in your home. You agreed, all your items had been delivered and placed to your satisfaction. You signed & initialed the form at the delivery. We can provide a copy of this form if you need. After speaking with the driver once he arrived back to the warehouse the driver stated you had moved the box you state that is missing. We also spoke with the helper separately and he stated you took the box in your home yourself at the delivery. On 11/16/19 we emailed you and explained you needed to file a claim form, so we have documentation for the claim of the missing box. We emailed you a claim form and have not received a completed claim form back. We explained once we receive a completed claim form the company will review it and your file to come up with a resolution to resolve the issue. We have not heard from you since the claim form was emailed on 11/16/19 @ 1:57 pm. I understand that you were not completely satisfied with our services We also appreciate your continued patience and understanding as we have worked with you to rectify this situation. We hope that you are satisfied with the steps that we have taken to address your concerns, as we have done our best to be as thorough as possible. You can contact customer service to further discuss this matter. We feel that we did our best to service your move and resolve this issue. Thank you and have a great day.
I recently moved from south FL to Live Oak (5 hours north) and had the pleasure of dealing with this company. They were curious, professional, understanding and supportive. From Cary in the administrative office along with the movers themselves, I would recommend this company to anyone.

Their customer service was excellent the women I spoke with at the beginning was on top of her game everything went smoothly from there they had the best rate and the best value they were very patient took great care of my items.
