The windows are great. The installers did a great job. The customer service is excellent. If there's a problem they come right out. They are very expensive.

Overall, my wife and I are extremely pleased with the entire process. From the product display to the installation! The salesman was knowledgeable and made honest recommendations for us to consider. There was no high pressure selling involved. The windows were delivered about 8 weeks after we signed the contract and the actual installation took about 4 hours. We're happy and ready to replace the next set of windows. The price is a hard bite, but you probably know by now, you get what you pay for.

Pressured to sign contract. Cleanup was with vacuum only, no magnet. Caulk work was awful. Broke expensive Italian hand painted lamp. Cust. service notified, failed to do nothing. Called me to to purchase patio door. Refused until I am reimbursed for broken lamp. Moved furniture to install windows but did not put furniture back. Cust. service just awful. E-mails sent to salesman Kirk. Never responded. Not good business in social media world. Bad news travels fast. Nice windows but not worth money. Was told by installers I would receive warranty information in mail. Never received paperwork.

I have no complaints with Amertech. They were all very professional from Wendy in the office to the Carpenters Mike,Larry and Shawn that did the work. They were very clean. At the end of each day they clean up and left the work area neat. When the job was completed they made sure I was 100 percent satisfied.

We hired Ameritech to replace the siding our house. The only issue I had was that they said the project would start between Christmas and the end of January and they didn't start until a couple of weeks later because they were behind due to weather. While I understand weather can put a crew behind schedule, I had to follow up to see what the status was and would have expected them to let me know when they realized they were going to be behind that my project wouldn't start within the window initially stated. The siding looks great, though and we've received many compliments from our neighbors!
