Reliable, professional, friendly and easy-going, is how I would describe them. Did a refinish on my oak wood floors came it great, will definitely use them and highly recommend as well.

Ali was very responsive and accomodating. His crew was respectful and clean. Prompt and courteous . The work was done on time and cost was reasonable. Would use them again for sure.

Ali is very responsive and nice to work with. He's the only contractor I contacted that didn't balk at my desire to refinish our bamboo floors, and even came back the same day with a tool to cut out a little piece of wood to match it, where the others didn't even bother to entertain that it could be replaced. For that, he won the job. The floors turned out well in the end, but the reason I gave 4.5 starts versus 5 is that they weren't perfect when finished; I had to call him to come back and buff again and re-varnish; which he did immediately and with no problems or questions, which was great. I would hire him again. He's honest and nice to work with.

My wood floor had a smooth covering rich golden color but was worn out with time. After the refinishing with Anahita, the color is light golden except close to the walls where they left the original color. The finish looks like they dropped some oil on top as opposed to the smooth shiny finish I had previously. The new texture is granular. It gives me the impression that they did not remove all dust before applying the paint or that they did not polish the wood surface properly. In any case, Ali said that if I wanted to homogenize the color close to the walls it was going to cost me more. A poor quality job and my floor was much better before than after using Anahita construction..

Ali was great. We had a tenant moving in and had to refinish the hardwood floors fast. He did the job the very next day after we called (right before 4th of July) and did a great job. Very professional and honest. Would recommend them highly.

Did a great job. Have had many wood floors redone and this one was the most professional looking - very even smooth.
