We had a very small job only required 30 minutes of his time. Appreciated that he came out for such a small job. Would definitely call again.

Performed a major structural repair on schedule at a fair price. The floor on our 19x21 FT addition was sagging due to insect damage to the primary support beam and joists. The damage to the rim joists was also extensive. Andy's partner Josh was the only contractor who had experience supporting the entire addition to allow removal of the entire floor including rim joists down to dirt. The addition was suspended in the air when they brought in additional labor to excavate the area beneath the floor to provide sufficient space for ventilation before installing a laminate support beam, new joists, insulation and a tile floor. They also resided the exterior of the addition and painted the interior. We were very satisfied with their workmanship and would recommend them to friends.

My wife and I hired Andy and his partner Josh to renovate our house. This project included painting the entire house, a new bathroom, new powder room, sanding/refinishing a hardwood floor, new windows, opening up a wall, sanding and finishing a flight of stairs, hanging new drywall, new vinyl flooring in the basement, roof repairs, cleaning out the gutters, and some masonry work. The pricing was fair and they did a great job. They are friendly and trustworthy. No communication problems. We will use them again for future projects.

Got of to a great start. Finishing the project has been an issue. Weather has caused delays. Occupied with another project has caused slow down with my project

Andy's Carpentry & Repair was referred to me by a friend before I joined Home Advisor. Andy had to replace drywall, wood trim, install wainscot, install tile floor and paint. He did an excellent job... cleaned up each day before he left. Quality of work is very good... pricing fair and both Andy & his partner Josh are professional , very nice men to have working in one's home. Answered all my questions... kept me informed each step of the way. I'll be using them again next Spring for another project.

Hired Andy's Carpentry & Repairs upon referral from a friend since I was not a member yet on this site. They had to install drywall, install wood trim, install wainscot, install tile floor , reinstall toilet/sink, paint. They do excellent work and pay attention to detail. Very professional and very nice men to have doing work in one's home. Pricing was very fair. I will be using Andy's Carpentry & Repair again for some future home improvements.
