I had requested for natural polyurethane finish, but the finished floor color was way too dark.
Response from Company:
I gave Mrs. H. [Consumer name withheld at their request] a price to refinish 3 bedrooms, hall, stairs, living room and dining room a natural color using 3 coats of polyurethane and new shoe mold of $ 2,600.00. According to Mrs. H. [Consumer name withheld at their request] we were $200 less than the closest company. She accepted our offer. The floors were white oak which any floor man will tell you comes out a honey oak color when you finish them natural with an oil base finish which her floors did. We worked every day except for one day when the floors were not sufficiently dry to buff off for the second coat. We had to allow the floors to dry one additional day to do this. This is not uncommon for oil based finish to require a longer drying time which I told her about. We also helped her to paint the baseboard at no additional charge that was not in our contract. I have no idea why the low rating. The floors came out beautiful.

Annandale Floors delivered as promised, and transformed our worn wood floors into what will be a selling point for our home. Very professional and proficient. Also notable, the equipment used produced such little dust from sanding, we were actually able to paint at the same time as the floors were being done! Highly recommend!

I had my flooring redone by this company in early 2014 (thought I already wrote a review but apparently I never did!). Anyhow, I had the hardwood floors on my first level refinished and they still look great 2 years later and have held up to what we've put it through - a 3 year old, bikes coming in and out, my favorite boots, etc. Everyone I dealt with at Annandale Floors was professional and friendly. The price was reasonable and to me, definitely worth it! My floors look great!

We had done the work of installing the hardwood floor in our master bedroom and landing at top of the stairs. Annandale Floors came in and finished them for us. They were so easy to work with! Karen was a dream to work with; she came to our house to do an estimate and got back to us quickly. Vance and his guy showed up every day at the exact time. The work was top-notch! We will not hesitate to use them again in the future (we're already talking about having them come back and redo the other 2 bedrooms!). Love them!!

Hardwood floor was expertly refinished. Quality of work was excellent and done in a timely manner at a very reasonable price. The refinishing crew were excellent to work with. The floors look spectacular. Our only issue was in the cost of moving and replacing furniture. That cost exceeded estimate. The total price was still reasonable.
