    Our home is 111 years old, and we knew that we needed to have the house inspected, so that we would know the condition of the structure. This inspection was dreaded. due to the age of the house. We went to home Home Advisors, and reviewed the various Structural Engineers, after careful review and interviews we decide to go with AFM Inspections & Engineering. The day of the inspection arrived, and Anthony actual arrived early. He immediately set the tone of the Inspection, by helping us to relax. I have been an Educator for 32 years, and I value “Teachable Moments”. As Anthony conducted the inspection he also explained/taught the reason why each remediation was necessary, in “Non- Engineering” Language. The “Dreaded” Inspection was a pleasant experience (there even moments of laughter.) We highly recommend AFM Inspections & Engineering.
