I am not much of a reviewer, but the outstanding work that this gentleman produced deserves a mention. I hired Mr Anthony F. Marmo to certify a load bearing wall between the kitchen and living space. I can't thank him enough for the swift, comprehensive work he produced to remove the biggest hurdle in my renovation project. The level of confidence Tony has in his work, can only come through years and years of solid work experience. I had a few issues with the property manager who gave me a hard time for silly reasons, but Tony was there to the rescue. He saw to it that the job came through and stayed in touch even weeks after to follow up. He knows his job and knows his really well. I will rely on his expertise for any future work as well as refer him to any of my friends and family in a heartbeat. Hire him and get the job done. It's that simple. Cheers :)
