    Anthony is terrific -- I really wanted to wait to do this survey because Anthony indicated that he will speak with the contractors that I hire to work on my house. This way, they follow his instructions per his report. Then, I am sure, I would give him a 5.0 all around...

    this was the first time that i have ever used an engineer and the knowledge that i gained is priceless because ANTHONY explained each task step by step and at the end of the job it was like a vey clear day in the tropics . love him and i would recommend to be the ace for your structural engineering jobs . thanks Home advisor.

    Mr. Marmo is both professional and very cordial. He took extensive pictures of the property he inspected and sent an accurate report based upon his findings. We were particularly concerned about the structural integrity of the property he inspected and he spend time analyzing foundation, footings and retaining walls to ascertain the condition of the structure. After examining the property and sending the report, Mr. Marmo fully answered additional questions we had regarding his findings.

    Mr. Marmo called back very quickly and arrived two hours later. He was very professional and explained everything as I described the problems I was having. He was very knowledgeable and I felt that I was finally getting useful information that I could use to resolve uneven heating and moisture problems.
