First - I absolutely DO recommend Apex Surveys. My recommendation comes with a caveat: their communication with me before and after the project was minimal. My project was fairly simple, so I didn't expect a lot of communication (nor was much needed, I think) but I had to chase them down to get my appointment date set over the course of 3 weeks. When the work was done, I paid my bill online and awaited the results... but nothing showed up. So I had to chase down my survey plat, which took 2 full days after paying the bill (which was on a Sunday, in their defense). I am happy with the survey and markings, and I feel I paid a fair price for this work, but I wish they would have been better at communicating.

Apex Surveys was quick to respond and quick to get the survey done once released. They delivered the survey as soon as payment was made, the work looks accurate and Kathleen Hanson has been a pleasure to work with. All around, it has been a stress free pleasant experience.
