It called back and came over at the time he stated to us. He completed 5 of my 6 dining chairs. I am still waiting on the 6th chair to be done and a cushions on a couch to be covered in leather. But so far the job he did with the dining chairs was good and we were pleased. I will have to get back to you whenever I get the other things back from him. He is a very nice man, very pleasant to deal with. Okay, The work is complete and everything was done. Overall the job was well done. He had a problem recovering two leather cushions. When he went to put the cushion into the new sleeve he popped both zippers. It finally worked out fine.

The cleaning product that was use to remove the cigarette smell out of the love seat didn't work effectively. We were not told ahead of time that is would not work. I believe if we were informed that there was a strong chance the cleaning material wasn't as efficient against cigarette smell we would not of had anyone to come. I fell that a full refund is in order.

I was really pleased with the final result after having furniture repair. Cost was reasonable and work was done quickly. Furniture feels like new.
