Very Disappointed. I provided my property manager a list of specific needs for my AC service and asked that they be provided to the A/C vendor for the service call. When the feedback from the company was delayed, I reached out to determine what they found. Initially I spoke with Jeremy who reported one set of information. He then passed the phone to Adam who contradicted Jeremy's report. In attempting to determine a better understanding, Adams frustration let to him hanging up on me. I then attempted to call the office to work through the issue, reached Jeremy and was promptly hung up on again. They refer to "The main office" who wont know the details of my case when in fact my research tells me this is two technicians and a truck. I have no issue with small business. I prefer to offer my business to small businesses. On the other hand, as a consumer who understands HVAC, I expect a more detailed report than a typical consumer. This was clear in my directions prior to approving the work. It is apparent there was a communication breakdown although the detailed expectations were in the email provided to them. I don't question their technical competency, but hanging up on customers is inappropriate. They did not perform the maintenance requested by the customer, and their customer service skills get an "Unsatisfactory" from me.

The entire team was efficient, fast - and the A/C is exceptional. The system is very quite and cools the house quickly. Jeremy - called and did most of the work. The unit was ordered and installed in less then four days. All inspections and paperwork was handled by Apple Air - they made the entire process easy and affordable. Apple Air is the ONLY A/C company I will be recommending to family and friends.

Ed called me within 10 minutes of me sending an email and within the hour Jeremy was at our home and fixed our A/C! The fasted service ever received and great people. I will definitely use them again and refer friends and family. Thank you guys awesome job!
