When I called Michael he was able to fit me into his busy day. He actually came earlier than expected and after spending some time with my washing machine he told me there wasnâ t anything wrong. I was shocked by his honesty. We were just using too much soap. He could have easily said something was wrong but he didnâ t. He ran several rinse cycles to get rid of the soap build up and only charged me the service fee. We are elderly and disabled. In todayâ s world it is so nice to have fair service be treated with respect and not be taken advantage of. Michael took that extra step to help me find some help for other issues that Iâ m having. You can bet that Michael is in my contact list. He services all appliances.
