How We Got Started

I chose to work in this industry because the home is our sanctuary from the world; and when our appliances are not working, it can be very stressful. My team and I believe that by providing fast, reliable, and expert service with one of our professional appliance technicians we can get our customers up and running quickly so that they can move on with life without worrying about a broken machine dragging them down..

We started in this industry in 2006.

We describe our business as Family owned and operated

Austin phoned ahead, arrived on time, and quickly identified the source of refrigerator leak, which was a clog in the water line to drip pan. He explained the problem and was careful when moving the refrigerator and left everything clean. Also, confirmed water dispenser worked properly when the frig was put back. I was very happy with the service and would recommend the company.

I spoke to the service rep a few times prior to the appointment to make sure we were set on the time and service required. The Service rep called when he was on the way and was on time!
