9/5/2018- We received a $80 refund check and apology from Mike. Evidently, there was a server error and the first payment of $80 was not posted. I have adjusted my original ratings. Charged $230 for labor, $80 for first visit and $150 for removing and replacing seal on right upper door of a freezer on the botton refrigerator. Charge for gasket was $150 minus a discount coupon of $25. Total time (2 visits) on site was approximately one hour. He left the old gasket hanging on a kitchen door knob. After he left I checked the Maytag and Sears websites and the gasket was available $83.69 (Maytag) and $70.01 (Sears Parts). While he was pleasant and presented well, we felt his charges were excessive. This is the first time we were disappointed in a HomeAdvisor referral.

The agent found the problem with our ice maker quickly and fixed the issue. He then cleaned around the refrigerator and left the area better than it was when he arrived.

Appliance time came out promptly the same day as my call. He carried the part in his truck, so he fixed my dryer and was out of my house in less than an hour. I would definitely call Appliance Time again.
