Applied Roofing honored a nearly year old quote when asked. We had to have Applied Roofing remove all the old shingles and they performed an outstanding cleanup after each days work. I've never found even one old piece of shingle or roofing nail anywhere around the house. They also added new flashing to our chimney which solved our moisture problem on one section of the house. The owner corresponded with me via email with scheduling, updates and progress of the work and work was completed as quoted. When we decide to re-shingle our garage, we will be calling Applied Roofing and I recommend them to anyone who asks me for a roofing company.

It was a pleasure dealing with Steve right from the beginning. He was very knowledgeable about the products and procedures that they use. Once the job started they stayed with it until completion and although the clean-up left something to be desired I was overall impressed with the speed in which they completed the project. I would definitely consider them to return if future projects come up.

I had my house built ten years ago and had problems with leaks ever since. Specifically two large skylights. Had three different roofers come and do work, still had the leaks. I called Applied Roofing base on the comments from this web site. They came out went up on the roof and recommended replacing the roof. I felt the price was resonable and hired them. All the folks that worked on the job were hard workers stay 10 - 12 hour days. Roof looks great. We have had serveral downpours over the last month since the job was done and no leaks. They clean up everything except for liquid tar which was left in the driveway. I called about this and Applied roofing sent someone out right away to clean the mess-up. Over-all I am a satisfied customer and would high recommend there service. I will continue to moniter for leaks and if there is an issue I will report back to this web-site.

I interviewed 3 different roofing companies and was surprized at the range in estimates, even in something that should have been a constant, the size of my roof. Steve Jankowski estimated my roof size to be 1500 sq. ft. while others were quoting me estimates up to 1800. Steve was right! No extra shingles were needed. Applied roofing provided the quality shingle I was looking for, on time and $3000 dollars less than the closest competitors quote. The crew was great. Very considerate of our yard and cleaned up everything. I am very happy with my choice and would recommend Applied Roofing to anyone.

Great job. I know Princeton is a little out of their area so I did pay a premium for the distance. Job was done professionally and clean-up was great! Make sure you have plenty of wasp and hornet spray handy.
