Arbor Services overall did an excellent job. They came when they said would, they did the job effectively and efficiently, and they cleaned up after themselves. It was very pleasant dealing with Glen Shiflett and his crew. The only complaint I have is regarding the coordination for stump grinding.

We don't offer stump grinding on our contracts due to insurance limitations. However we do have professional stump grinding companies that we will refer and pass along our wholesale pricing directly to our customer. This is what we did for Joseph in Marietta and obviously there was some communication issue between him and the stump grinding service.

Overall a very good experience with this company. Scope of work was clear up front. How the work was to be done was also clear. Pricing was fair and job was completed within time frame. Carlos and his crew did a great job of removing very tall trees in a safe manner in a tight space. They also worked hard to insure my wife and I were happy with the result.

Very nice gentleman, great service, good job. I was promised the tree mulch nuggets, which took a while to be delivered, but happy with the service overall.

Thank you for your business! We enjoyed working for you. Tree mulch nuggets were promised to you however we never know when we will get quality mulch that we are able to take from another job and bring to you. Many customers require that we leave mulch from their trees in specific areas in their yard and of course we honor their request when they want to keep their mulch. Other times it is logistically difficult to deliver mulch from areas that are far away from where we are currently working. I apologize that the mulch that was promised was delayed, customer satisfaction ALWAYS is our number one priority.

Glenn and Charlie were both very professional. Glenn showed up to discuss some tree removal from my property. We ended up removing almost 60 trees from my yard! The crew was on time every morning and worked hard all day. I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to do the job they did. They were very fair with pricing and just nice to be around. I would highly recommend them for any tree job, large or small.

The storm went through and pushed a 60' tree into another tree. Was hanging and if fell would take out neighbors home. They were here within a couple hours and had the tree down. Saved friendship between neighbors. Excellent customer service.
