Great people and in business for a very long time. Just wish I would have paid for all the tree to be removed, to include the stump after chipped.

My wife was very impressed with the hard work and professionalism of the workers from arbor tree care. They were prompt and courteous. I would not hesitate to hire them again in the future.

The quote we received was higher than a previous quote from another company, however they did "match" price, but did not match full services. Their scheduling took almost 2 weeks after we gave them the go ahead. They did not come as scheduled and I had to call them to find this out, after taking the time off work and waiting all day for service. Rescheduled to FIRST THING the next day, between 8-9. At 9:20, they were not here and had not called, finally arrived almost 10. By then the City bulk pick up had already come, and tree was not in street to be picked up, so was going to have to live with tree in the street for a week. I asked for them to haul off debris, as a courtesy due to scheduling problems and the crew chief declined, saying if he had had the scheduling issues I had, he would not have let Arbor do the job... Seriously??? When crew arrived,we were clear in our directions where to put tree debris. I reconfirmed during project as they were not placing in designated area and was assured they would move when complete. As the finished, they knocked on door , asked "Where's my check?" And when I noted debris was in wrong place, the crew chief huffed and said, "we put it where you said", and then huffed and they dumped logs into street in a mess... and left rudely, saying they did not sign on for all this... Very unprofessional crew. Office personnel were nice but ineffective with obtaining satisfaction from owner. In addition, they charge an additional fee for credit card payments! Next time, I would take the worker's recommendations and will not let Arbor do the job!!!

Highly recommend Arbor Tree Care, Inc. , for my husband and I were very pleased when we recently hired them to take down a very large tree in our backyard. They arrived early for both estimate and the day to take the tree down. They were very professional, thorough and kind. We will be using them again in the future, if the need arises. Lois Kroesser

Aubrey and his crew did a great job removing our large tree and stump. He was very professional, easy to work with, and gave me a great price. I would definitely recommend him and use his services again.
