About us
Since 1991 Arid Restorational Technologies, Inc. has specialized in Structural Concrete Repair & Waterproofing. We have made repairs to below grade concrete foundations and structures through out the New York & Long Island area. Shrinkage settling cracks are extremely prevalent in most structures & will develop leakage from excess water seeping into these cracks & voids. We pioneered our method of "High Pressure" Chemical Grouting over 30 years ago. We provide a standard (15) year repair warrantee. Most work is done from the interior, no outside disruption to decks, planters, walkways or driveways.
