Arizona Roof Rescue, LLC

My husband and I had been looking to replace some of the shingles on our roof for several months, with each time, someone coming out and wanting to get our insurance company involved in an attempt to replace the entire roof (which is not necessary). We finally came across Arizona Roof Rescue and Alan came out the same day he was called, gave an estimate for repair of the shingles, came out the next morning as promised and completed the job that day. He did exactly what was needed in a expeditious and professional manner and we would highly recommend this company to everyone! My husband said if there was an option to give a 10 star rating, he would!!!

Alan and his crew were very professional, courteous and helpful Alan first met with us and detailed our needs,and explained how he and his crew would complete our job which was started,on time and completed without interruption. After we interviewed 2 other roofers we realized the job Alan was doing for us was superior to the 2 other roofers.We recommend him very highly.

No one likes to wake up and discover broken roof tiles on the ground and face the prospect of costly repairs from an unknown entity. But Alan with Arizona Roof Rescue quickly put all my concerns to rest. Ahead of his visit, he asked me to text him a picture of the damage, which enabled him to show up with the appropriate tools and tiles for the repair. He's an extremely personable fellow and gladly shares all the information about the job and the associated costs. His 20+ years of experience are readily apparent in the quick and efficient way he works, and his workmanship is first class. When he was finished, the repair was utterly invisible from the existing tiles. His price was fair and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will gladly recommend Alan/Arizona Roof Rescue, LLC to anyone looking for top quality roof work at a fair price.

Before we had this work done, I knew nothing about how to recognize a very high quality roof. After Alan with Arizona Roof Rescue finished, I am amazed by their craftsmanship and attention to detail. Beautifully done, no cutting of corners--2 of my neighbors came over and commented on the professionalism and precision. Both had roofs done recently and were impressed by Arizona Roof Rescue, while being disappointed in the work done by other companies on their roofs. We received multiple estimates, including 2 of the largest companies and hired ARR based on Alan's knowledge and promptness in arriving for his appointment.His bid was significantly lower than some companies, perhaps a little higher than another. Alan and his crew arrived on time every day. Work was begun early morning and continued for 10-12 hours most days during the hottest month of the summer. Our entire property was cleaned up at the end of every work day. ARR went way above and beyond my expectations. Thank you for a truly great job. It was a pleasure to find someone who takes such pride in workmanship.

Alan was early to our initial appointment. He reviewed the situation and gave me options. I chose one and they came back in a couple of days and did the repair work. From what I can tell from the ground, it was a job well done. The only reason for not giving a 5 rating on customer service is that I would have appreciated Alan coming back at the end of the job to review the work himself and then collect payment. Though that didn't happen, I am still very pleased with the work and would recommend this company.

I'm new to the area and don't know costs? Costs were higher than I'm used to, but the work and service were excellent.
